Having built his career from the ground up—starting on high-end lake homes at 18—Wes brings a comprehensive understanding of every phase of the building process.

With over a decade of experience as a realtor, he offers clients a unique perspective that bridges both construction and investment value. Known for his integrity and leadership, Wes is dedicated to delivering a smooth, stress-free experience, especially for out-of-town clients building on Smith Lake. He approaches every project with the mindset that it should be built as if it were his own.

Sarah Barbee – Client Experience & Operations

Sarah Barbee plays a vital role in creating the elevated, personalized experience Barbee Homes is known for. With a focus on communication, organization, and client care, she helps ensure every detail is handled with professionalism and intention.
